Service Description

For practices billing across NDIA-managed, plan-managed, self-managed and private payers, the problem is rarely the invoice itself. It's that every plan manager has its own portal, its own format and its own payment timing — and nothing is visible until something has already gone wrong. I take the cycle end to end: invoices out on a schedule, remittances applied, rejections chased, and reconciliation done weekly instead of at the end of the quarter. Alongside it I document how it runs, so the process survives me being unavailable. I'm not a virtual assistant, and I don't take general admin. Based in Brisbane. Delivered remotely, Australia-wide.
